Page 35 has a closed tear that does not affect the text. Binding is square. Back hinge is cracked and loose with webbing showing. Front hinge is cracked and a little loose. Cloth at spine ends, corners and spine edges is worn and frayed. Corners bumped. Text block is lightly soiled. Brown boards are worn and lightly soiled. Gilt lettering and color on front cover are still bright. Back cover has horizontal crack.
