Our store is light and airy with plate glass windows letting in plenty of natural light and wonderfully decorated with antique display cases, old barrister bookcases, and wood book shelves.
The wide aisles and scattered seating make browsing a joy. You'll wonder where the time went.We specialize in out-of-print and rare books but we also carry used copies of current and not so current books. Subject specialties include but are not limited to, Modern and/or Signed First Editions, out of print or hard to find titles in Art, Architecture, Photography, World History, Southern History, American Civil War, History by Country, and State Histories.We have a large selection of out-of-print titles in our Military section, a large Aviation section, and a good sized Railroad book department. Our collection of rare and out of print Children's books is one of the largest in the Southeast.
Our Literature collection is well represented with editions by Modern Library, Easton Press and Franklin Library.We have cataloged and put on line about 9,000 books, so far!
