The "warm and real and very human" story of Douglas Corrigan's life, leading up to and including his famous "wrong-way" flight in which he spent 28 hours alone crossing 3000 miles of ocean flying in a single-motor secondhand plane. Illustrated throughout with black-and-white photographs. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is soiled. Boards are soiled and show light wear to extremeties.
