Light to moderate tearing and one chip to lower edge starting at page 105 till end, light dampstain to lower corner starting from first page till page 73, and edges are tanned; small dampstain to top edge of pages. Binding is tight, spine is creased. Text block has moderate scuffing to lower edge and chips are visible, light scuffing and rubbing to fore edge and top edge, all edges sunned. Covers are bright with moderate creasing and three closed tears to fore edge of front cover, light soiling to yellow circle near title, closed tear to lower edge and chip to top edge and lower edge of rear cover; soiling to rear cover. Dampstain to fore edge of rear cover and lower corner of front cover; moderate wear to spine and extremities.
