Red cloth over boards with gilt-debossed titling to spine and titling and illustration to front board. Light scattered soiling and foxing to pages throughout mostly concentrated at top edges. Text and photographs are clean and unmarked. Tanning and soiling to endpages particularly to front pages. Text block is soiled and foxed at fore edge and top edge, red marking to lower edge and top edge. Boards are clean with sunning to top edge, creasing to outter hinges, and moderate bumping and rubbing to corners and ends of spine; one spot where cloth is rubbed at lower edge of front board. Binding is tight, spine slightly leans. Dust jacket has scattered soiling, purple pen mark to lower edge of front cover, black speckled markings to top edge of rear board and previous owner's tape repairs to closed tears at edges of front cover and top edge of rear cover; creasing, rubbing, closed tears and light chipping to edges, corners and ends of spine. Blue pen mark through price at front flap and lower corner cut. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
