Signed and inscribed by the author at first free endpaper. Red imitation leather boards with gilt-deboosed particulars to spine. Previous owner's writing to back of half-title page; otherwise pages are clean and unmarked. Text block has heavy foxing. Boards are faintly soiled particularly to edges of boards with light bumping to corners and tail of spine and light rubbing to lower corners and headcap. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket has light to moderate scuffing and rubbing from shelf wear, tear to lower edge of front cover, and rubbing to corners and ends of spine. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
