Signed and inscribed by the author at half-title page. Blue cloth over boards with gilt-debossed particulars to spine and debossed initials, decorative line, and title to front board. Slight stamping to facing pages of a few illustrations, but pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. Text block has light sunning to fore edge and top edge, and top edge is sprayed red. Boards have sunning to top edge and lower edge and ends of spine, and light bumping to corners and ends of spine. Binding is tight, spine is slightly cocked. Dust jacket show signs of wear with light scattered scuffing, closed tear to top edge of rear cover, creasing and folding to fore edge of flaps and light to moderate creasing to top edge, corners and ends of spine. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
