First Edition Brick-red paper-covered boards with gilt-debossed titling to spine. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block has sunning to top edge and fore edge, and faint scuffing to lower edge and fore edge. Boards are clean and bright with moderate bump to top edge of front board, moderate bumping and creasing to ends of spine, and light bumping to lower corners. Binding is tight, spine is cocked. Dust jacket has light sunning to spine, large chip to lower edge of front cover, and moderate creasing, closed tears, and rubbing to edges, corners and ends of spine; lower corner cut at front flap. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
