Signed first edition, printed on rag paper, and limited to 1,000 copies Navy cloth over boards with white and gilt titling to spine, and white and cobalt blue-debossed cross illustrations to front board. Housed in publisher's original light blue paper-covered slipcase with title plate wrapped around lower edge. Pages have small black ink marking to fore edge of page 32, but are otherwise clean and unmarked. Text block shows small black ink marking to fore edge, but is otherwise clean and unmarked. Top edge is sprayed navy. Boards are clean and bright with light bumping to corners. Binding is tight and square. Slipcase is in very good condition with light scuffing to lower edge, and light sunning to top edge, spine, and fore edge.
